Answers:

Who is the actual manufacturer for cessna part number 38423-0026? This is a nav/com connector (tray side)?

They have a value to any repair station that is equipped to test CFM-56's, JT9's, and CF6's. What that value would be of course is dependant on the equipment, the age, and what the buyer is willing to pay for it. My oppinion is that there aren't that many people that are just getting into the business of repairing CFM56's, etc, to be needing test cell equipment specific to that make. There are allready established companies doing that right now.. Be wary of buying it, you may have it on your hands for a long time.

As an airline pilot, what is more difficult; Going from a "new A/C" to an older type, or the reverse?

They probably have value, but only to specialists, and maybe even then only if they have all the proper paperwork to allow them to be used by licensed aircraft powerplant technicians.

Where can i get some ultralight plans similar to the hummel for a decent price and good quality?

(For what it's worth, the first is used on A320s, then next is for the A340, the CF6's are for A300/747/767/MD11, and the JT9D is also for the A300/767)
