I want to become an airline pilot! and after school i plan on doing a bachelors degree in Aeronautical Science and after that i plan to go onto flying school! but i have heard that if u do a degree the flying school will think u r over qualified and not take u! is this true?

Flight schools teach flying. They do not care if you have a degree or not. They are a business and willl take your money with or with you having earned a degree.What made supersonic flight possible? Where can I find a good website about it?
BTW- If you plan on getting a degree in Aero Sci, you won't need to go to a flight school as your flight training is included as part of your college aviation program.

1) Get get your degree at any university in any major and get your pilot training via a flight school or academy (either before, during or after college).

If you do a degree in Aero Sci, flight training will be part of your course curriculum so you should graduate with a CMEII and possibly an ATP and several hundred hours of flight time. And a huge student loan debt.
