But unfortunately the Indian Airforce dose not accept women in the fighter pilot role YET. However they are accepted as transport pilots, & if you want good advice thats what you want to do. You practically train to fly big transport planes for free, have lots of hours & have a nice airline job when you quit.

Just to clarify your impression of India, what you see on TV/CNN is old file footage that sets a stereo typical impression of India (kind of like when you see American footage in India, all they show you is disney, statue of liberty and the grand canyon) Indian women donr exactly stand down to men. They are very well educated (hate to tell you but education standards are much higher in India than here in the US).
