In the US we use the word "rent" to mean hire, if you don't mean to hire a pilot as well. If you do wish to hire a pilot as well, we use the word "charter." I assume you mean to rent an airplane. If so, you could try this company:

You can hire a plane just about anywhere in the US.
Even incredibly small fields usually have someone for hire.
Im not sure if you can afford it though, its going to be at least $100 an hour, probably closer to $200.
