Depends on the airport and what the ground controll tower will allow for taxi. the more ground traffic the slow the taxi speed.

what is the pressure and temperature inside a flying passenger aircraft. how it is maintained and its principl

Depends on where at on the taxi ways. Or tarmac. Can be up to 20mph, or as slow as 5. Yeah, I don't know how they'd know either.

When do we expect Cathay Pacific to order the B787-9 and B747-8?

Depends what you are doing, but mostly slow, around 20mph. The air speed indicator is no good at low speed and doesn't read ground speed anyway, at least not on our old BAC 1-11. But sometimes you get cleared to fast-taxi off the active runway when there's a suitable exit. Aircraft do not corner well on the ground, three wheelers are a really bad idea as performance vehicles. Even on a huge empty airfield, RAF Thurleigh, with nobody about we still kept it to around 40.
