Depends what you are doing, but mostly slow, around 20mph. The air speed indicator is no good at low speed and doesn't read ground speed anyway, at least not on our old BAC 1-11. But sometimes you get cleared to fast-taxi off the active runway when there's a suitable exit. Aircraft do not corner well on the ground, three wheelers are a really bad idea as performance vehicles.
