Can you breath in the gases that Airliners spit out? Like the gas that a 747,737,A321 spit out at the back of the engine (exhaust)?

The temperature of the gas would kill you. If you cooled it, it would contain mostly carbon monoxide, which would still kill you.

why people do not use hydroplane instead of aircraft?

um no becasue all the exhaust is. is the burning fuel so that would be kinda like puting ur face to the car muffler the carbon monoxcide would kill you or injure ur respitory system

The exhaust is about 700 degrees so it would bake you before you could breath and if you really wanted to breath it run you car engine in you garage for a little while it pretty much the same stuff.
