When planes land or take off at night.. Why do they need the lights off in the cabin?

Ok this is a bit of a funni question are you asking what the benerfits of that is well there are benerfits and there are cons the benerfits is that you get to fly all round the world and see lotes of countrys and people however they are a lot of cons you might be working at 3AM or on christmas day, However i think that it would be a good job because of the people and the things you would see not to mention the amout of take offs and landings you would do which would be fun!

how to make my own self propelled plane?

Well weigh the odds.... Ugly female flight attendants to decent ones, to down right sexy ones. Gotta love the Human Resource department for that. I wouldn't wanna fly on a plane for hours with an ugly Betty taking care of me. However, I don't think I could gay myself enough to be a male flight attendant! LMAO.. well how many manly men have you seen as flight attendants?...

what are these?

Cabin crew, You get to sleep with a new Captain or FO on a nightly basis? Hmm lets see you get to see the same 5 to 10 stops that you are assigned to as your normal flying route. Oh then there are the bennies for being an airline employee. I'll leave those tid bits to those out there that also know about the bennies.
