The same stuff they make the Black box out of?

What are some careers in the avaition (mainly helicopters) industry?
Cos black boxes ain't got windows in and theywould be flying blind.

a list of documents which a cabin crew should check while handling V.I.Ps?
Weight is the main issue. It's very hard to fly a tank.It would cost too much and the fare would be so expensive that there would have to a solid gold toilet and playboy bunnies 24/7 to justify the fares!
key laws of aviation industry in 2004?
Added to the fact that the Black box survives by a combination of materials AND size/shape, meaning that even if the plane was made from the same stuff it wouldn't necessarily be any safer.
give me a historical development of a jet engine, well explained pls.?
What would be the point? Even if a plane that crashed stayed together the force of the impact is what causes deaths.might be too heavy and the plane won't fly.
How long can airline pilots work before they retire?
Too heavyHow does the fuel efficiency of a jet engine compare to that of an internal combustion engine?
Because the materials in a black box are too dense to take off the ground and it would be far too expensive for a company to produce this material in the size of a planeA plane is made out of Aluminium because it is a very strong metal in proportion too its density
how much fuel does a 747 aeroplane dump into the air when it has to make an emergency landing?
man just scroll down, someone asks this question every day. And someone slap Nick DiPaulo for making this dumb joke in the first place. As a matter of fact it IS made out of the same thing the "black box" is made of! Besides the electronics (and you know how "strong electronic equiplment is"), - the balance of the box etc is made of aluminum! The "box" is enclosed with in another "box" to make it pretty strong. and put in a place that is most likely not to recieve devestating damage in "normal impact"! Also an attempt is made to make it waterproof! This is generally somewhere near the "center section" where the wings are attached, - or near the tail (since that is what "hits last" in most crashes! This is sort of like a "safe within a bank (vault)", -- somebody will be able to maybe drive a car through the wall, but they won't drive one through the vault wall!! First of all the first wall will pretty well mess up the car, second it will slow it down a whole lot, so that it doesn't have speed enough to penetrate the "thick vault wall"! The electronics may be destroyed by the impact, -- but the "recorded" data will probably survive, and can be put on working equipment to read it!
Are there any colleges in the UK which offer Aeronautical Science degrees aswell as flight training?
Now lets talk about "strength", -- the structure of the airplane can be increased to a point that the weight exceeds the ability of the wings to "lift it", - this makes it a big-fast bus! So now lets assume that the "big fast bus" hits a wall going 350mph! If it is strong enough to remain intact on collision, big deal, -(the people will be splashed into a big puddle of jelly, becasue bodies can't survive this fast a "stop")! Only advantage, here is maybe it can be patched up and so it can repeat the "stop", -- with another load of people later!
Does anybody know of flying fish causing an accident with a Seaplane trying to land?
It is impossible to make an indestructable aircraft, - or for that matter "black box", - sometimes they can get very little data, -or sometimes nothing, - dependiong on how bad the "black box" was damaged(smashed)!! By the way they can "burn up" too!
What a surprise, the second time this dumb question has been asked this week.
calnickles gay WHO AGREES?

You imagine the lift you would need to get not just John, but the entire Prescott family off the ground, then ask that question!??!??!!!Large aircraft, with two figter jets beside it, and another large four engined aircraft behind.?
To expensive to justify the cost. weight would be too much.Should I change my Boeing Challenger to an Embraer jet ?
That answer is classifiedWhat do the following mean at airports?
cost cutting like everything these daysThere's a point. Isn't it racist to use the term "black box"?
Surprised the Politically Correct brigade haven't complained!
Like I have said at least a dozen times before - the 'black box' IS made of the same material as the rest of the plane, just constructed in a way so as to reduce impact damage as much as possible.
Is the Air Force One jet used by Pres. Bush today the same 747 Jet used by previous Presidents?
And they DO get trashed on impact.
