What should be in the heliport terminal?

Question:
My classmates and I are doing a group project about building a heliport in NYC. My group is in charged of the heliport terminal and I wish to get some ideas from different people because most of us are only familiar with airports but heliports. The function of this heliport mainly serves the business passengers, but we are not restricing it. We want stores/restaurants/cafes that business travellers as well as other commercial travellers would possibly stop by. We somehow want to make it unique and different from a regular airport. Do not worry about space/area as it is a make-believe heliport so the number can be adjusted.

Is there a difference between "pilot" and "aviator"?

Anybody has any idea? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

My parents have a private jet, but our family friends have a helicopter, make sure you have first class service on ground. Always have a limo service, and good food, and my parents hate when people are rude....good luck

Well, just a thought. Make it close to an airport. Have the gates that are low to the ground where people walk out of the gate and board the chopper. I don't think you can have too much of a difference unless you have the chopper land on moving wagons and the wagons bring them to the terminal. :D

If this heliport is at the top of a building then maybe you could have bungee jumping while you wait for the copter. how about renting parachutes so travelers wouldn't have to take the elevator down , they just base jump, land at the bottom , turn in the chute and hail a cab... Hey TAXI !!
