Congrats on the solo!! As far as the nerves go, they are perfectly normal and to be expected. Understand that flying is safe but you shouldn't ever be complacent -- and the nerves remind you of that.

need any info, on OMH eagle ultralite helicopter. Will it fly.?

I understand how you feel about stalls... Try having your CFI break them down into their components until you feel comfortable. In other words, slow flight, pitching up, hearing the stall warning horn, buffetting, the break, etc.

What are shock waves+oblique shockwaves on a supersonic aircraft inlet, are they good or bad,?

As far as the frustation and stupidity you feel, those are perfectly normal, too. Try some chair flying -- just sit on a chair and imagine that you are flying. Great practice, keeps your mind "in" aviation, and it's free. :)
