you can bring all those makeup items in your check in or carry on. The 3-1-1 rule is in effect meaning you can bring as many 3oz. bottles of liquid/gel/cream that you can fit in one 1 quart sized clear plastic bag (sandwich bag) with your carry on. If it doesn't fit or its more than 3oz. you need to check it or throw it in the trash. When you go through the security check point, you need to have this bag out separate from your other belongings so security can see it.
