Answers:

which country developed fighter planes? does anyone know?please!!!?

well one is their service and merging abilities they tend not to fight for competition rather, they want to have a bigger and more money to enter.unlike other airline, they usually compete which ends in maybe, bankruptcy etc... law suites...

anyone know anything about aircraft pneumatics??

Strengths? I'm not sure, France used to make good airplanes with airbus but now they are falling apart and every summer the French go on stike. I'm not kidding, the day after the British found those terrorist, the French airport workers went on strike!
I've heard good stuff about the airline in Iceland and Ireland (ryanair etc.).

what is the average height for commercial jet airliners to travel at ?

Funds from the E.U if there are any. Just look at Alitalia and Lufthansa to name a few.
