If i get a CPL licence it s of only single engine,whts the requirement of any airline for selecting a pilot?

iam going to join carver aviation,baramati for getting CPL licence,after this in how many days shall i get job? whats the job opportunities in india for pilots n whats the minimum salary?whether carver aviation is recognised one,n how it trained the students? whats the other special qualities should a pilot have to maintain?

its desirable to have multi-engine rating. Most airlines require you to have somewhere around 1000 -1500 actual flying hours (not sim). Once you've got that theres no telling where you could end up.
