Jeppesen is in the business to make money so you will not find the Private pilot manual on line for free or for any price for that matter. You will have to spend the $80 bucks for the book if you really want JEPP. Gliem's version is much more economical. Not all the pretty color pictures, but all the info is there (Gleim.com)
