im not sure around Vancouver WA. i went to a pretty good ground school at Galvin Air up at Boeing FieldIf you want in Vancouver I would say http://www.aeromt.com/ at Pearson field. However they use older airplanes and have a limited selection. http://www.hillsboroaviation.com/... has locations at Hillsboro and Troutdale airports. They have a fleet of over 50 planes and hellicopters. However a majority of there planes are at there Hillsboro location which is farther away. I belive they have every thing from a J-3 Cub to brand new Cessna 172s with a Garmin G1000 glass cockpit. If you don't mind the extra drive I would recommend going to Hillsboro.
