What is the website that shows all current airplanes in the sky.?

Question:
It shows a map of the US and you can click on the "dots" which are planes currently in the sky and it'll tell you what plane it is. I've been to this site before but I can't seem to find it again. It seems like something that the government wouldn't want the average person to be able to view, but it was a normal site on the internet. Has anyone else been to this site?

Any R/C pilots out there?

Why do you ask?

need to know where i can submit my application form,..my resume..?

www.flightaware.com shows a map of all the IFR flights currently in the air but you can't click on each individual dot and it'll tell you everything about that plane. That would be pretty cool though, let me know what that site is if you ever find it.
