are there any finiacal assistant programs that will help purchase disable mini vans for disabled persons

Both Chyrsler and Dodge among other have a program to assist handicapp equipment install. I had a hands only control added tothe Chrysler I got and at the time I was allow up 1000 in handicapp options that Chrsler picked up. Need a doctor prescription for the equipment and a handcapp permit from DMV to quaify.
I used an outside vendor Ironsides" in MD to install the equipment.
