Pancakes had an excellent suggestion. If it would not put a strain on your budget, ask your husband to buy you a classic / muscle car of your own. It would give you an opportunity to spend time together in a mutual interest. If it needed "fixing up" you could help work on it (if only pretending), and if it was in "restored"condition you could, for example both participate in a rally , or a show.
