It is a proven fact that they make carburetors that get 60 plus mpg and sell them on cars in other countrys. Why don't the people of the U.S get together and make them start selling them over here. Come on PEOPLE. Lets do something about it.

Skye R answered most correctly. On any given engine design, Fuel injection will always be more fuel efficient than a carb. Since your initial premise is not correct, the point is moot
