Do you mean cars painted red? Aside from the fact that they can be seen better on the road (red doesn't blend into background as much as other colors) - nothing. It's just a matter of taste.

I don't know what is "good" about red cars, all I know is that they are very common. I don't care for red, but guess what, my first four cars were red. I shop by price and how sound the car is, mechancially and the frame, not by color.
