Can I rent a car in CA from Enterprise or any other company with a restricted driver's license?

The only true way of telling "as to where does the tire rubber goes"? Would to weight : 1 front tire & 1 rear tire. Write the weight of each down ... maybe after an oil change? Then 3 months or 3,000 miles ... when the next oil change is due. Re-weight each tire again.
I think that most of the rubber remains on the tire... reason being... is friction. Rubber softens when it gets hot. Exsample_ Dragsters heat up ther rear tires for better traction_. But... An ordinary car or truck, vechicle doesn't set in one place to heat up as hot as a dragster. As it travels ... most of the rubber remains on the tire. The wear of the tire is mostly ... the tire softening ... and as the tire gets hot ... it then becomes smooth or slick as one travels. Most tires are rated 25,000 to 75,000 plus miles before they need replacing. This is true as to how the tire is rated.. "z" Rated tires are very soft rubber tires. These are mostly used on high performance cars. Vettes, TransAms, etc.
