04 dodge durango recall due to fires?

Who else has had or know's somebody with a dodge durango that has burned down. They recalled these March 9, 2007 but are not sending notices out until April. Ours burned down to the ground March 15. They sure care about their customers.

Sorry to hear of the lose of your vehicle. Reason they are waiting, is to get enough parts to do the replacement of all of them when they start to get all of you notified. Is basically a supply thing. I'm not sure what will happen due to your problem that has been encountered. Maybe they would be nice enough to replace it since the recall wasn't quick enough.
