Sometime when driving at night, I realise there are motorists that have headlights like a laser beam! I dont know about anyone else, but it sure makes me uncomfortable and blinding! Is it legal to have these bright white headlights? Another one is, my headlights dim or another word, I dont think it is as bright as other cars'. Can I get a brighter lights but without having to blind other motorists? Please advise

Any lights that blind other motorists are illegal in all states.roadworthy rules are uniform in all states regarding head lights.
Only globes stipulated by aus standards and oem regulations can be fitted to your car.
Unfortunately driving lights are a grey area right accross the country.
driving lights are allowed and do not have to switch off when the head lights are dipped. But the regulations for fitment are strict.
You can buy blue globes to replace your current globes, they do give a brighter light than standard globes but are not legal in all states, check out the legalities at your local dmv.

When the lights of another car blind you it is because they are out of alignment or they are on a incline head lights are supposed to shine on the pavement in front of the car. They also don't make multiple candle power halogen bulbs. So you can get them for your car at any parts store.
