If you go for an MG equivalent bodykit, you should be fine. Remember that the MG rebadging exercise on the Rover 200/25, 75, 45 etc. was just that: largely cosmetic and the shells were unchanged from the old, existing 'cooking' variants. So check out the MG equivalent of your Rover is - the MGZR - then get the kit suitable for that model. Some minor modifications to the kit may be necessary if the bumper mounting points are slightly different, for example, but nothing that a competent bodyshop couldn't handle. How long does standard shipping take to be delivered to your home?
I know you won't appreciate this, but I do agree with the poster above: why bother? It's a poor car to start with and tacking on plastic and GRP bodywork won't change this. If you want a sporty hatch/salloon, sell the Rover and start with a better car. As the saying goes, "you can't polish a turd"!

All the best, good luck.
