Answers:

How could I attach two car bumper's together ?

If he is a TRUE friend, ask him to take the rims back and refund your money.Find a set of wheels that are specific for your vehicle, with the correct diameter size ,width, and offset. You will have less tire wear and handling headaches

How much a year does a truck driver across states spend on gas. this is for international truck divers?

None of them will be correct. Adapter are not a recommended solution to this problem. Adaptors have had a horrible history of stress and fatigue failure. This often results in the tire coming off the car and you involved in an accident. I would find out what the rims go to and sell them. Then pick up the rims that you want. Please do not use adapters. Not for something as critical as tires.

What type of vehicle do you prefer/like the most/crave to buy? Why?

Were they from a Ford at all? The bolt pattern would be totally different. Adaptors are never a good idea to make rims fit. There is way too much stress on that part of the car to take a chance.
