They usually get them with their uniforms. Sometimes they are rented like the uniforms and sometimes they are bought. It shouldn't be too hard to find a custom embroidery shop that can put a name tag on your jacket.

i own a repair shop,and these you usually rent from a rental company,and they pick up the dirt ones and replace them every week with clean ones it a small fee,and its worth every dime of what they charge for their service,,good luck,,i hope this help,s.

I think GM sells theirs at their dealerships in the "performance" section of their parts stores. Other places like northernautoparts.com, yearone.com, and the paddock.com may have something as well.
