your AAA membership is for a club membership. so they will tow you cuz U are part of the club. now for my acct, they only towed me a certain # of miles & then i had to pay $7 per mile after that. but that was an old acct, & was almost 5 yrs ago. since then, i've upgraded so i would get towed 100 miles for free.
i'm sure YOUR is the premium acct.

now towing from your house & back. are U taking it to a Garage, having it fixed/ worked on, & then back to your house...? not sure i understand. so if it was towed 2 Garage & fixed... U shouldn't need anymore towing... if they fixed it right.

if it's being towing back from the shop, (Bcuz it didn't get fixed correctly) then THAT shop might even tow for Free to your next Garage of choice- but that's up to that garage. but then again, U could just tell AAA that U were unhappy with THAT particular service & want your car back home...

No I belive there is a certin amount of mile per year that they give you. How bout giving them a call and asking them?Wat is more easy a drivers license or a motorcycle lincense?
AAA gives you so many free tows a year, call them, it should be free. Don't know about the way back, but if you haven't used any free tows from them, they accumulate.Call and ask but I dont think the car has to be insured to be towed. FYI: you can pay for a one day insurance for moving vehicles and such ask at the insurance agency if you have to have it.
Are electric cars really so environmentally friendly?
No hon, it should NOT cost yo ua dime...though I have found that it is a great idea to tuip the driver for their effort...perhaps five dollars...to acknowledge thier existence for own and to show your appreciation...i hav efound this most effective the next time you have it done.they are REALLY there for you then! Remember that theyre are more than one plan for AAA.mine included towing to ANYWHERE i wanted it to and NOT just the closest available station..from ther eyou often need another tow...it depends upon your plan with them..take care and all my best!
