Kangoo Ex-British Gas Van.. Stereo problems?

I am just wondering if anyone has ever come across an ex-british gas van, its a 2003 Kangoo van. I think they have disabled the stereo. One of the plugs in the back is missing.. there are three, and the unit is recieving power.. Any info on getting this rewired would be helpfull, who to talk to etc.. im unsure whether this plug has been re-loomed to facilitate the british gas radio system, all i can get is the power light to come on.. none of the dash display comes on, so i am thinking this is the plug that im missing, or the one that goes to the steering controls...

I have an ex british gas transit and the radio has always worked, try taking the radio out and feeling around at the back of the hole where the radio fits for the missing plug as it may have just worked it's self loose and dropped out. Good luck.
