Where can I get hand controls installed on a van without paying $100/hr? I already have the controls.?

Question:
I need hand controls for the brake/accelerator installed on a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I have the push/pull hand controls from a 2000 Caravan that was in an accident, so it would just need to be bolted on. The place that originally installed the controller said that it would take 4-5 hours at $108/hour. I live in the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania.

Shop around. The installation can be handled by a competent mechanic. There are electrical connections to be made and such, but it really does not require the expertise of a specialist.
