For a new driver, I would suggest the Honda. They are reliable and with the new engines they are much quicker than they used to be (not that a new driver needs it to be fast). I don't know a lot about the Dodge; but I do know that most foreign cars last much longer than our american cars. (I'm a fan of German cars myself though). Honda has also changed the look of their Civic, drastically over the past few years. If you are concerned at all with the body style of the car and how long it will be "in" that is something to consider as well.How to park properly on a dead end street court?
