Are clear turn signals legal in hawaii if the bulbs are amber?
Compared to Europe, the price of fuel in the U.S. is extremely low.Only when the price of fuel reaches that of most of the rest of the world will Americans stand back and reevaluate their desire to drive the biggest and fuel hungry civilian vehicles in the world. When that day arrives, it will be a Come to Jesus Moment for the vast majority of the U.S. population, and personally,I look forward to it.My speedometer stops working after driving about 15 miles?
Americans like 'em big, and we like 'em fast. We don't want some European 4-banger that looks like a kiddy car. We invented cars, why can't we drive what we want? We're paying the bills on them too!i like driving something i feel safe in

I have a 7series B.M.W. I am thinking of converting to gas , will this affect road tax?
1. Americans have always equated wealth with the size of cars. 2. gasoline is still relatively cheap here even if it is 3 bucks a gallon. 3. they don't get penalized or pay extra taxes for having a gas guzzler (ok, at purchase of new vehicles you do pay a gas guzzler tax if the vehicle falls into this catagory). 4. there is nothing like the ride of a long wheelbase luxurious car. My last big car was a 1965 Chrysler New Yorker in 1996. I loved the way it rode. What car did you learn to drive in?
Americans like cars that guzzle gas because they look great.Performance matters too, but the looks comes first.
