Question:
The car runs and shifts great, and never driven in the winter since its a convertible. I believe the guy maintained it well. Is there anything that should be replaced? Or what maintenance should I do?
Answers:
Why does my 4-cylinder GMC Sonoma get a sad 18 MPG?
It should be fine as well as you fix it up a bit and maintain it well.My son's problem parking his truck to visit me?
But I've heard some "lemon" issues with the 300ZX and it has some mechanical reliability problems as well.but if you keep on top of your maintenance it should run well.
No, anything other than a Camaro at 100,000 miles is a good reliable car. Camaros are crap when it comes to repliabilty after 100,000 miles. I used to have one and it started becoming a real lemon on me once it got around 105,000 miles.
Any unknown days in car history?
If the car is a 1993, that's not really bad. 10000 miles a year is pretty low and that car is 14 years old. Just make sure the engine hasn't been rebuilt at one point and has 100,000 miles on it since the rebuild. Some, actually quite a few, 300ZX's have been thrashed pretty hard. Make sure yours was a well taken care of example and you should be good to go.More Questions & Answers ...
