Private roads are like any private property belongs to the owners. They decide what to do with it and have their own upkeep. If you park your car there they can have it towed. if a car is parked any where it can be tagged if parked longer than posted for that area or it can be towed also its called abandonment. the police think is broke down and tow it or they put a sticker on it when it will be towed. unless they never go out to that road. so they never see it. iv park my car in the woods before so my ex could not see it and it was gone the next morning. not stolen it was towed. they said someone said it was in there way. in the way of what there tree. i still had to pay the bill.that was when i was 20 and dumb.
