Can truck drivers get a discounted rate on their auto insurance for their personal vehicles?

Question:
My fiance gets many benefits as a truck driver, and it just makes sense that this would be another one that companies would offer. I mean, he drives all the time anyway. Does anyone know of any companies that do this? Thanks in advance for your answers.

While I dont know about an actual discount just because of being a driver, my husband and I have had our policy reduced slightly due to the class of the license he holds. If he drives a semi and not just a cube van or whatever, then yes.. sort of.

You are considered a better driver if you are a professional, as you spend more time on the road. You just need the license to 'prove' it.
