Question:
this is for a mitsubishi eclipse gs 06
Answers:
Is a 2007 Suburban with a 6 ltr engine able to use E85 gasoline?
Use cold air for the Mitsubishi. The above answers do great explaining the difference between the two. It would be pointless for you to use short ram in your car. For Short ram to really be effective, you need more room than the eclipse gives. Try www.superchargedperformance.co... They have a few choises for your car.A cold air intake is an intake wchich travels further down in the engine bay, the filter is lower to the ground. A ram intake is shorter and is mainly used because a cold air intake can suck in water during a rainstorm and hydrolock. A cold air would technically better since the air in the lower part of the engine bay is colder but you probobly wont notice a difference
Driver side power window doesnt work but all my other power windows does, what could it be?
A cold air intake will place the filter in a location where it will only pick up cool, dense air. A short intake is also referred as a warm air intake. Although it can be installed much easier it allows the hot air from the engine bay to enter into the engine. A cold air intake might actually bump up your horsepower 1-2 horses if your lucky and it will give you better fuel milage too. A warm air intake is just a waste of time and money. Are Daewoo cars the worst cars ever made?
The answers above mine are correct, but it depends where you live. Because the cold air intake is closer to the ground, it can damaged by puddles, etc. so if you live in a place with a lot of rain or mud then the ram air intake would be a better idea.More Questions & Answers ...
