Question:
last night on the way home from an out of state trip, i stopped to get gas and after i left the station my car died. i had to pay for a taxi, towing, 2 hotel nights, and a 500 dollar car bill.is there anything i can do to get my money back or to sue the gas station? the mechanic said if i didnt put diesel gas in my car (which i know i didnt cuz the handle was a different color), then the gas was just really bad. i used my credit card but of course didnt save the receipt...anyone have advice?

Which make of car is most favored by lesbians?
You could certainly talk to the station owner/manager. Your credit card company will be able to provide you with proof of your purchase if you don't have a receipt. Did your mechanic say it was absolutely bad fuel? If so, you have an excellent small claims lawsuit. You may not even have to sue. If someone accidentally put diesel in the gasoline storage tank, you will not be the only one with problems. Call the station owner/manager first. How do you find out what engines you can swap into which cars?
ask the credit card company. to send a copy of this receit. don't tell them why.The diesel pump would not have fit inside your gas tank, so that rules out that possibility. However, if your car sat for any length of time unattended, perhaps someone put something in the tank. If none of this happened, your credit card statement will probably have the address and everything for where the problem occurred. But, a lawyer will ask you all of these questions. I really cant imagine getting bad gas though, perhaps in the 70s, but not today.
Best of Luck!
