Taking cars on lease by corporates for its employees, without investing, but giving car benefits to employees?

Question:
To find out how can employees be given a vechile without the company investing its funds in the vehicles, either spending directly / indirectly on the fuel expenses, repairs and maintenance and insurance of the vehicles.
In short I want to know which companies provides vechicles/cars on say yearly or longterm lease for about 3 / 4 years and what would be the monthly payments to be made to them. Who will have to bear the cost of fuel / repairs & maintenance / insurance of the vehicle. Whether the vehicle will be provided without a driver i.e. the company wants only the vehicle which will be self driven by the employee and no driver is needed for the employee.

Answers:
