I do ebay and I have to ship a book to Australia, I don't care about speed, but I sold a very expensive book for almost nothing so I do not want to spend much. When I go through USPS to print shipping label it says $30.50..?? Is that right? The is outrageous for a 4 lb. book. Someone help me!
