i just bought a new car,and after i sign all the papers, and ready to go home, i notice that there is a deep scratched on my right car door, around 1 cm , like a white dot (my car is blue) so i called the sales person and he said will get that fixed, so i came back 2 days after that, and they fixed my car door, but after they repaint my car door, i'm not satisfied with they paint job because for me it's look like they just put nail polish you know just like a scratch fix which you can buy at wall mart. i'm tired to complain to my sales person, because beside this there is another problem which already been cleared, so i need your opinion if you guys were me, what will you do because i think this is my fault also , i didn't check carefully before i buy.

If you don't like the service, talk to the branch manager. Don't be afraid to go higher if there's still a problem. You are a customer, and "the customer is always right."
