no, specific place. Its to hard to penpoint w/ any accuracy, b/c to many variables(how was it driven, upkeep, etc.). Also depends on what you consider last. B/c it can be fixed no matter what is wrong w/ it, just depends on if it is cheaper to get it fixed or buy a new car.
Its best to sell your car before it breaks down, b/c it still has value.

No, it depends on you and luck, some well maintained cars last 200,00-300,00 some don't. If you keep oil & filter changed every 3,000 miles, it will improve your odds. But if you ht rod, or think you have 20sec to get to the next light, it does't matter if you change oil every 1,000 miles you will have problems.
