In November of 2005, Kurt Busch was issued a citation in Pheonix, Arizona for "Wreckless Driving." This citation was issued after Busch refused a sobriety test at the scene - it was later stated that while being detained at a sherriff's post inside the Pheonix Raceway, his alcohol breath test was .17 - At any rate, Busch had already received his walking papers from Rousch racing prior to this incident. But, Jack Rousch did suspend Busch from competition and release him from his contract 2 races earlier than expected.

Can any one explain to me how cars work i really wanna know how do they work?

NASCAR's roots run deep in the North Carolina hills, where drivers got their big break when they were running moonshine down the mountains to the larger cities. Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Crown Royal, Miller Lite, and Budweiser are some of the biggest sponsors in NASCAR. Seriously, think about it for a minute - Dale Jr. makes millions and millions of dollars for Budweiser by promoting their beverage - do you honestly think that Budweiser would "fire" Dale Jr. for drinking their product and getting caught driving? Heck no.

I just leased an 2007 BMW 530i. If i put in regular gasoline (instead of premium), would it damage the engine

Athlete superstars are held to a different standard that us regular folks. I am a paramedic, part of my job is "operating an emergency vehicle in a safe manner." If I got busted for DUI, my carrer would be over. Not only would my driver's liscense be snatched away in a heartbeat, but so would my paramedic liscense. But, I don't make millions of dollars and my face isn't on every other commercial that you see on any given Sunday afternoon.

In General, what is the ideal life expectancy for a vehicle from the time it comes out of the factory?

So, no, I don't think a NASCAR driver would lose their right to race for DUI - unless they killed somebody while they were doing it.

Is there any advantage to filling street car tires with nitrogen?

I do believe that it is, unfortunately, a bit different as far as NASCAR is concerned (not to mention, drivers can more afford lawyers that will get them off the hook as opposed to us average every day people).

What is the avarage hours of practice before taking a UK driving test?

However, that being said, they do have some sort of substance abuse policy and penalties do include fines and suspensions. I don't know if drunk driving would fall under this or not.

Does anyone know about a school called Wyotech?

Well, first off, they might lose their job, not "loose". It would depend on how serious the incident was and who the driver was (popularity) and the team/team owners feelings. I'm sure there would be fines levied but the driver probably wouldn't lose their NASCAR job. They would probably be subjected to community service, make a PSA about drunk driving, maybe spend a night or weekend in jail, depending on the offense.

Legal drag-racing?

Just a DUI with no accident or injury or spouting racial slurs at the arresting officers? Probably wouldn't lose their job.

What would be a manly-man pickup truck?

Yeah! so what is your question or did you just what to make a statement?
