Are you parking on a incline? Sometimes if you are on a hill the car will be hard to take out of park so you should always set the e-brake before putting it in park on a hill. As some other people have said you neeed to be more specific about your auto to get a better answer!I once had an oldsmobile that was hard to shift out of park sometimes too. It had something to do with the inside notch that locks in to the gear when placing it park. It was very worn and the linkage was out of alignment. As someone has already answered your question, it could be your linkage is mis-aligned and/or the bushings or worn out. Get new rubber grommets or bushings to remedy that problem. Hope that helps!
