Answers:

Need a site explaining new vs old refrigerants?

The units that they add on to a car for remote starting should work for a tractor. It might take a little creative wiring modification but not impossible. It would be a good place to start!

Educated car answer please?

I saw someone do that back in the 1950s already.
You can do that with a modern remote, which can be used to start a car so the air condition in summer or the heater in winter will get the car comfortable for the driver.

Is this illegal in mississippi?

You'll have to get a remote system and add some relays connected to the starter and ignition. But yeah you can do it.
