BIG trucks/suvs...do owners feel let down?

Question:
Do owners feel let down when someone in traffic refuses to tailgate the car in front of them? I see a lot of large truck/suv owners getting frustrated when they are 6 inches off someones bumper, yet that car refuses to speed up, and tailgate the car in front of it?
