Are there any grants available to buy a truck or car?

I need a new vehicle preferably a pick-up truck. I have replaced knees, lymphedema and arthritis and go to a YMCA to keep my self mobile. I have a 1993 Ford Ranger pick-up truck but it has 125,000+ on it and I fear it could die soon.

How did you get your lymphedema, was it from the knee surgery or something else? There are not really grants given out for vehicles but you could do a fundraiser or sometimes there are free vehicles given out on freecycle, they are older usually though. If your lymphedema is cancer related then you might be eligible for assistance to help pay other bills, which would give you extra money maybe for a truck payment.
