You don't mention what level, so I'll assume a base Caliber and a Grand Prix SE.
I would go with the Grand Prix. It's much better looking (in my opinion). It's got more space, both inside the cabin and in the trunk. Adults can fit in the back seat. I expect it's more powerful, though I can't speak for what the Dodge is rated at.
I have a Grand Prix GTP and I love it. It's comfortable, handles well for a heavy car, and it's fun to drive.
Depending on the options you choose, you can get the Grand Prix as a luxury car, a sports sedan, or a family ride.
Calibers seem like they'd be driven by kids in their late teens who think the Fast and the Furious is the best film series ever. A Grand Prix has a greater sense of refinement, sophistication, and class. It's a much more grown-up, professional type car.

thats hard.. i'd get the grand prix because its a slightly bigger and a lot faster. but all in all either car you go with would be a good choice. the caliber would get better fuel economy, where as the grand prix would have more power. just wait for the caliber srt.
