I am taking driver's ed, but I am so nervous. What should I do?

I wanna learn, but whenever I try to drive, I usually end up flooring it, causing me and whoever else is there to literally fly down the road at full speed. I'm scared that I will end up crashing and possibly kill myself and whoever else is there. I'm stressing out big time.

You will be fine just calm down and talk to the instructor who is with you. I think the thing that helped me the most about watching the speed is act like their is an egg under the pedal and whatever you do dont break it. Something else that helped me was just press with you big toe.
