Why do gas prices get high every summer?
It is used to id the state were the vehicle was made.I know its illegal to use a phone while driving.?
They give information such as where the vehicle was made- production plant, series, etc., brake type, gross weight, body type, model year, engine, and the number just for that vehicle of course. All the manufactures do it a little different so it just depends what information is actually there.
