Consider the ways in which private motorists will respond to road charges and comment on the private motorists

Question:

Answers:

Is a Mitsubishi Diamante a good car to buy?

These new road charges are simply a way of ensuring the roads are kept clear for the wealthy.
People on a low income will not be able to afford to drive very far, and will therefore be forced into using public transport. Yet the wealthy will just dig a little deeper in their pockets and carry on as they always have.

I'm doing an intensive driving course next week, any tips?

Its about time we followed the French and got the whole country to protest in a major way about this.

Is there a way to keep a car if you are moving across country and cant drive it there?

But as with the poll tax, the government will gets its own way, and there's bugger all we can do about it.

Why does my freakin car break down all the time?

"Come the revolution!"

Opinions on Mitsubishi 3000GT / Dodge Stealth.?

Its difficult to comment when we do know the full details of how this charge (tax) may be applied. However, my view is as long as the current road tax is reduced or done away with when the charge is applied then the idea is fine. If on the other-hand this is additional to Road Tax then it will be seen a yet another tax by the back door and will not be accepted by the public at large

How much petrol?

The response will be to vote out the twits that run this country into the ground. It is just another stealth tax and nothing to do with congestion, most of which is caused by the government's dig up the roads plan fro delaying traffic.
