I have an old car that is due to run out of MOT/TAX/Insurance at the end of this month. I need to get rid of it but it isn't really worth selling and I haven't got time to advertise etc. I considered giving it to the Fire Brigade for training purposes but I'm not sure how to go about it. Any other suggestions?

If you are the legal owner and still have the V5 I am sure the Fire Brigade will only be too happy to take it off your hands for training purposes. My local brigade always seems to have cars which they use. If you decide to take it to the scrappers you will also require the V5 as it is now a legal requirement.Is it normal to be this jealous?
